Her career highlights include overseeing workforce expansion from fewer than 1,000 to over 4,000 employees in just two years, leading cultural transformations, and navigating complex acquisition integrations. She is passionate about aligning workforce strategy with business goals, always centering people as the foundation for project success. Her approach directly supports Cinterra’s mission to safely deliver essential energy infrastructure while building a high performing, engaged workforce.
Andrea lives in Kansas City with her husband, Jay, and their two children. While her schedule stays full balancing a demanding career and family life, Andrea is deeply committed to both.
